VAPING NEWS

New regulations have kicked in Monday for electronic cigarettes and some tobacco-related products, giving the U.S. Food and Drug Administration greater control over what can be sold and limiting the way retailers interact with customers.

 

Such restrictions, however, are nothing new to California's owners and operators of "vape bars," where customers gather to smoke e-cigarettes. Two months ago the state launched its own restrictions, including raising the legal age from 18 to 22.

 

All products that use a device in which a flavored liquid is heated into vaporized so it can be inhaled must now earn government approval. Also, merchants can no longer give free samples to customers, must ask customers for age-verifying identification and cannot claim that their products help smokers quit tobacco, store owners say.

The governer of California Jerry Brown, a Democrat, has signed five laws that increase California’s minimum age to buy tobacco from 18 to 21, regulate electronic cigarettes and restrict tobacco use in various other ways.

Some activists see e-cigarettes as a path to quit smoking traditional cigarettes and oppose the state’s move to classify vapor paraphernalia as tobacco products. Vaping has helped millions of people across the globe to quit smoking cigarettes, becoming a major threat to the tobacco industries that dominated the market...

Benefits of swapping tobacco for vapor, proven once again !!

A study published on the Nicotine and Tobacco Research Journal [1] found that e-cigarette use may lead to a drop of 21% in smoking associated deaths, and a 20% percent gain in life years in people born in 1997 or after, in comparison to the figures calculated if vaping was not an option.

This research was conducted by top tobacco control experts from the US, Canada and Australia, with the  study’s lead author Dr David Levy, a popular scientist and professor of oncology at Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Centerstating, “Our model is consistent with recent evidence that, while e-cigarette use has markedly increased, cigarette smoking among youth and young adults has fallen dramatically”.

He continued by pointing out to the claims made by some scientists that vaping could be a gateway to smoking in young adults, and added that these claims are “overstated”, and that a long as e-cigarettes are used to replace smoking tobacco cigarettes, they have the potential to reduce harm and improve public health. Several other studies on the topic of the dangers of vaping in young adults support Dr. Levy’s statement .

ONE OF THE NEW COOL THINGS TO DO IS DAB HITS

One of the cool new things to do is Take dab hits. It's a very effective way to take your medication and is different from smoking.  People hesitant to smoke often because sometimes unpleasant odor,  but dabbing is changed everything.  Dabbing will allow you to be able to smoke more stealth like. Or You can easily turn your waterpipe into a dabbing piece.  Adding a dabbing domeless nail to you waterpipe is all you really need to do. It will fit perfectly on your 14 mm or 18 mm glass on glass waterpipe. There are different materials that you can have your domeless nail made out of.  The ceramic, titanium and quarter.  It is very important to not over torch your domless nail, becauseof the high possibility of cracking your waterpipe.  Adding to much heat will cause a dramatic temperature change in the glass and can cause damage.  CERAMIC domless nails are a good start to your collection and are not very expensive. The titanium domless nail is also a great choice for the more experienced dabbers ( which is the one I personally like and think is fabulous, because not only does it retain heat for a really long time, also if dropped absolutely nothing will happened to it.)

Remember to purchase a high quality torch lighter, so it can quickly and effectively heat up your domeless nail and you can get the full effect of your dabbing.

But, you dont want to fill it to much over the bottom of the downstem.

One of my favorite things to dois to try new e juice flavor. The number of new e juice companies that are creating the perfect blend of juice is just amazing. We now have flavored of all sorts. From different companies like Stay classy, liquid state, and vape porn e juice.  Weather it's your favorite pastry, candy, and even drink these e juices are just amazing and a direct match. My current favorite flavor is from a company named CHALIES CHALK DUST and the flavor is called slam berry. This flavor is one of the best e juice flavor in a Vape stores.

Private Reserve E Juice line has been in the Vape Industry for over 3 years.  They are a local company with roots here in southern California.  This is a great company that is very committedto bringing the vape Industy the best Product.  There blend is a 75% vg and 25% pg mix.  We retail this product at $12. Rolling joints can be easy.  All you need to do is buy a RAW HEMP PLASTIC CIGARETTE ROLLING MACHINE here at ILLUSIONS VAPE SMOKE SHOP SAN DIEGO.  This  roller is two rollers that you can stuff with your product and roll a perfect joint.  The two rollers have a hing setting that when you open allows you to put product into.  It's a sort of trough.  So after you fill it with enough product that can be rolled into joint.  You move the rolling pin into the closed position.  Once in this position you can roll the pins toward you and the joint will be formed inside the trough area.  Make sure and roll toward you and in one direction.  Once you have done this and the product is rolled into a joint form add the paper.  To add the rolling paper just slide the paper In between the two rolling pins.  Once Rolling paper is in between the rollers slowly roll the pin closest to you; toward you.  The Rolling paper should be sucked in and roll around your smoking material.  Roll toward you till you get to the gum on the paper.  Once at this place like the paper gum and continue rolling slowly toward you.  Once paper gum has rolling into the RAW HEMP PLASTIC CIGARETTE ROLLING MACHINE you are done.  Unhinge the rolling pin and a perfect joint will pop out.

ILLUSIONS VAPE SMOKE SHOP SWISHER SWEETS EXPERT REVIEW

While working here at ILLUSIONS VAPE SMOKE SHOP SAN DIEGO I often get asked about which SWISHER SWEETS irecommend.  Below I have given you a review of my thought on these blunts.

Original: Slow burning, original swisher flavor allows you to taste tobacco better.
Green Sweets: Very slow burning, can really taste your product.
Black: Very slow burning, can get harsh at the end
Grape: Classic Favorite. Original grape has much more intense flavor compared to white grape, but not as slow burning. Really taste grape flavor compared to other flavors.
White Grape: Very slow burning, sweet grape flavor, not quite as intense flavor as regular grape.
Blueberry: Great classic, without overwhelming flavor. Good alternative to grape. Slow burning.
Strawberry: Sweet strawberry flavor without being too powerful; burns at normal rate.
Peach: Another one of my favorites because it has such a juicy flavor! If you are looking to really taste you swisher this is a great flavor that really stands out.
Tropical Fusion: Coocoo for coconuts? Then you’ll love this swisher, it has a strong flavor of coconut with other tropical fruits. 
Chocolate: It’s like tasting dessert as you smoke, chocolate swisher is great when you have a taste for something sweet.
Blazing Fire: Perfect for the holiday season. Get the taste of spicy cinnamon as you smoke this blazing fire swisher. If you like red hots or big red gum you’ll love this swisher. Perfectly paired with some hot chocolate.
Artic Ice: Get a smooth icey feel when you smoke this swisher. Taste similar to Winter Fresh gum. If you like any menthol taste this is definitely the swisher for you.
Summer Twist: This tropical fruity swisher will shoot you back to warm sandy beaches and the ease of summer nights. This swisher is one of my personal favorites, although it doesn’t burn particularly slow, I love that the flavor incorporates the sweet taste of mango.
Island Madness: Try the sweet taste of watermelon rum that sends you to paradise with one try.
